Sreemathe RangaRamanuja Mahadesikaya Namaha
Panguni Uthiram Tirukkalyana Mahothsavam
was held at Sri Padmavathi Nayika Sametha Sri Srinivasa Perumal Koil of Srimath
Andavan ashramam was held on 26th March, 2013. Many devotees enthusiastically
participated.
One thing which is unique in this Koil is
mthat Sri Padmavathi Thaayaar Moolavar vigraham is installed along with Sri
Srinivasa Perumal in the4 Garbagiham itself, as per approval of His Holiness
Srimath Andavan Himself. There is no separate Thayyar Sannathi, due to
availability of Limited space being one of the reasons.
Due to this arrangement, Moolavar Perumal
Tirumanjanam is always combined with Thaayaar tirumanjanam also every
time.
On these reasons Panguni uthiram at this
temple is more significant as all the 365 days, we are having Parumal and
Thaayaar Serthi sevai, which is the uniqueness of this Temple in
Villivakkam.
After Mahasamprokshanam in January,
2013, followed by Mandalabishekam for 48 days, with the blessings of Srimath
Andavan, this is the first major function, in which we did Tirukkalyana
Mahothsavam of Perumal and Thaayaar. I am attaching with this some of the
photograpahs taken on the occasion. The day started with Visvaroopam with Cow Pooja, Aradanam, Serthi Tirumanjanam,
Saathumurai, Ghoshti, followed by Tirukalyana Mahothsavam, Oonjal Sevai, Serthi
