SrI Brahmatantra ParakAla Matam

Sri Brahmatantra Swatantra Parakala Matam is one of the most ancient Srivaishnava religious institutions.It came into existence in the year 1378 A.D. The Presiding Deity of the Matam is Sri Lakshmi Hayagreeva, first being worshipped by Goddess Saraswati Herself, then coming to the Divine hands of Bhagavan Sri Ramanuja. This very golden idol was handed over time to Swamy Desikan through the lineage of acharyas that featured like Pillan, Engal Alvan, Vatsya Varadacharya and Appullar.

Sri Parakala Swamigal will be reaching Bangalore by today evening.
Since it is a friday, special aarathi will be performed to lord Sri. Hayagreevar

Swamy will be in the matham the entire day tomorrow.

Sunday there is dolai and Swamy might visit Sri. Andavan
I request all the bhagavathas to avail this opportunity and take blessings of Acharyan and lord Sri hayagreevar.
